Friday, July 17th (Upper Division 400’s-Events 1-6) @ Stingrays
4:15-4:30pm Positive Check-in - All 400's swimmers must check in by 4:30 pm to swim
4:15-4:55pm Open Warm-up
4:30pm Officials Meeting
5:00pm Meet Starts; swimmers should provide their own lap counter
Contingency plan: In the event of inclement weather the 400’s will be swam on Saturday 30 minutes after the conclusion of the meet. The pool will be available for warm up at this time.
