Good afternoon AAC swim families,

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July. This week is a big week as we prepare for league meet, out biggest meet of the year as a team. We have normal practice this week, there will be night practice for the big kids on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.

We hope the kids get extra rest this week, try to stay inside more and drink lots of water to hydrate their bodies before the meet as well as during the meet.

PLEASE LET COACHES KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SWIMMING ASAP.

This Friday, July 12th hoping we can get a big group of us to go see the movie Despiciable Me 4 at Harkins theater in Arvada for the 1:15 show. Please get your ticktets and join us the more the merrier.  A great way to stay inside and rest before the meet this weekend. 

The order of events for the League meet to be clear...

Friday: is the 400's only at Stingrays pool (events 1-7 only)

Saturday: We start with the Medley relays till the backstrokes (events 7-64)

Sunday: start with the free relays and end with the IM's (events 65-110)

This order of events splits it up so that relays are first for those swimming relays only and so that each day the meet is over around noon.
