Weight Training & Printable Workouts

This resource is for 13 and ups that need to do a practice on their own or who are looking to get a head start on the summer season.

All of these workouts should be done with the very best technique in mind. Focus on body and head position, great streamlines and turns. These workouts are general and you may need to take more or less rest. Feel free to modify as you see fit.
